Special Treatment: Anti-oxidation impregnation treatment to prolong graphite electrodes service life and reduce consumption rate.
The graphite electrode is mainly made of petroleum coke and needle coke, and the coal bitumen is used as a binder. It is made by calcination, compounding, kneading, forming, baking, graphitization and machining.
According to its quality indicators, graphite electrodes can be divided into RP graphite electrodes, HP graphite electrodes and UHP graphite electrodes. HP grade graphite electrode add 30% Japan needle coke, UHP grade graphite electrode use 100% needle coke. Widely used in LF, EAF for steel making industry, Non-ferrous industry, silicon and phosphorus industry.
